With a distinguished twenty-five-year career in basketball officiating, Smith has officiated at various levels, including nine appearances in the WIAA State High School Basketball Championships and postseason competitions at the community college, small college, Division II, and Division I levels. His expertise and commitment to developing officials in the Pacific Northwest make him a valuable asset to this initiative.
